In 2009, AJ founded a sports management company, Titanium Lacrosse, an apparel company, Titanium Threads, and a youth athletic development company, Pups Lacrosse, to serve clients of the fastest growing team sport in the United States.

Titanium Lacrosse offered a comprehensive package of value-creating services including camps, clinics, events, private lessons, select teams, recruiting counsel, and more. The company had offices in Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Louisville, KY; and Kansas City, MO.  

 

Titanium Lacrosse was acquired by True Lacrosse (Chicago, IL) in Q4 2015.
